Our studio has been in the building for the past 6 years, in which we have invested in flooring & fittings tailored for our fitness classes. Sami.G Office Square were mindful of our expenses incurred and accommodated our move to the ground floor with ease and assistance on all our technical requirements. The landlords have shown flexibility and offered solutions to our specific requirements sporting a stunning newly renovated studio that we are proud to teach our daily classes in. COVID-19 Official statement to our tentants
Dear Sami.G Office Square tenants
As the impact of COVID-19 increases, we are diligently following the guidelines as set out by the South African Department of Health. We would like to assure you that Sami.G is taking the threat of COVID-19 very seriously and is doing all it can to protect our tenants and their guests.
Sami.G has implemented a number of precautionary measures to safeguard against COVID-19.
1. We have implemented the promotion of WHO and SA health authorities’ best practice guidelines for all employees.
2. Hand sanitiser has been placed at the main entrance from the parking lot.
3. Commonly touched surfaces (such as door handles, lift buttons, handrails, etc.) in all common areas of the building are being frequently disinfected.
4. We will be implementing mandatory hand sanitation upon entrance and exit to the Office Square as well as thermal temperature checks for all employees, tenants and visitors upon entry. These are extraordinary times. Although not fail safe, any early warning or prevention measures to our employees, tenants and visitors is of the utmost importance. The health and safety of all stakeholders to our Company cannot be discounted.
5. Our management and employees are regularly updated with all information and all Sami.G Office Square employees are being screened for any signs of illness and temperatures.
We remain vigilant in learning more about this disease by monitoring developments closely and keeping informed of additional recommendations from the South African Department of Health.
Tenants are reminded to please review their internal business procedures in light of this heightened pandemic and take all necessary precautions to protect their staff from infection. Please notify Sami.G Office Square management if there will be any change in business hours or major changes in staffing and other operational issues.

We have also formed good relationships with the facilities management team and security guards who have been with the building for many years, it’s safe to say, that we have all become one big happy, family.
The new landlords at Sami.G Office Square have respected the history of the staff and the loyalty of the tenants that were acquired with the building and have continued their renovations and tenant movements with grace and have fully accommodated all of our business requirements. Nothing has been too much trouble for them in providing us with ultra modern offices and even our own kitchens, which is a first in the existence of this building!
